A historically significant cooking pot factory has been reimagined as three contemporary town houses based in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter
With only one narrow access point, the site might have felt landlocked. Yet the constraint has inspired a design that celebrates the tight urban context, with its courtyards front and back, and an internal lightwell ideal for introspection.
The scheme delivers accommodation rare to the Jewellery Quarter, boasting six level including a basement, garages, and a roof terrace with sun room, not to mention a raised open plan living level and four bedrooms, each with ensuites.
Works are due to commence on site soon.
